LEGAL ADVICE FOR LAND OWNERS 

1. YOU NEED A LAWYER YESTERDAY

2. DO NOT sign ANY registered letter 
    from a pipeline company, land agent or attorney.
    You need to talk to your lawyer first.

Why? Because you do NOT know what is inside.
This ONE piece of advice can SAVE you from:


         "Thank you for granting us access to your property
           for the purpose of surveying, 
           we will be in your area on Tuesday..."

They can resend it in normal mail.

3. HAVE IT IN WRITING - it’s YOUR RIGHT!!!

A pipeline company’s right to survey 
must be backed by a legal document. 
the surveyor cannot produce a document, 
you do not have to let him or her
onto your property.”
